Hospitality Software Training, Deployment, and Reports

Remco's professional hospitality software service staff is dedicated to guiding customers through the initial purchase process and beyond. A representative coordinates your installation, including install scheduling, system configuration, training and deployment.

Training & Deployment

In reality, installing hospitality software can be an overwhelming possibility for an organization. Therefore, Remco understands this and is committed to a seamless transition process. Following an in-depth review of your organizational infrastructure, along with your selected system portfolio, Remco's staff will recommend the necessary training sessions for your organization.

Training options include:

  • On-site:  Remco will send a trained Hospitality Software Specialist to your organization. You and your staff can be fully trained to operate the NiteVision hospitality software system by the end of your session.
  • Web-training:  Remco can coordinate hospitality software training with you and your staff via the Internet. This option of training is offered through 8-hour block sessions.
  • In-house:  Remco also provides hospitality software training at its corporate headquarters, where customers have a chance to learn in the environment of NiteVision's beginnings.
  • Remco will provide project management by coordinating installation to your location(s) instantaneously with your scheduled training.    

    Customized Reports

    Although the NiteVision hospitality software contains numerous standard reports, you have preferences that fit your specific needs. Through customized reporting, Remco's staff will design both reports and forms just how you want them.
