Mark Loyd

Mark Loyd was brought on to the MSI team in 2010 when MSI integrated with Remco Software where Mark served as President and Chief Technology Officer. Mark now serves both companies by overseeing the strategic development of both MSI and Remco products.

Mark's leadership grew Remco's customer base through building consistent customer service, innovative technological solutions, and an environment of trust, integrity, and true dedication to customers. During his tenure at Remco of over ten years, Mark successfully advanced Remco's products to be the solution of choice in over 3000 properties nationwide. He architected, designed, built, and maintained solutions for major hotels chains and independents which continue to enjoy Remco's products and services. In 2006, he work closely with La Quinta Hotels to create a 100% hosted and off-premise solution which dramatically cut costs for La Quinta and enables the La Quinta management team to efficiently operate one of the country's most successful hotel chains.

Today, while Mark maintains strong relationships with existing customers, he is responsible for defining the vision of MSI's next generation products as he collaborates with the professional staff at MSI. His team listens to the needs of today's hotel environment to architect and provide relevant and timely technological solutions, empowering the industry with the right technology at the right time.

Mark grew up in Montana and finished his BA in Business Administration and Computer Science at Dickinson State University in Dickinson, North Dakota, where he and his family of six reside. His first commitments are to his faith, his family, his church and children's private school where he serves as Praise Team Director and the President of the board of directors respectively.
