Account Manager
The REMco Account Manager assumes repsonsibility for the daily operations of assigned accounts; including management of client relationships, introducing new products to exisitng customers and providing ongoing communication with accounts. He/She will develop a strong understanding of client objectives and assess their business stratgies and needs in relation to their objectives. Occasional out of town travel is required.

Support Liaison
The REMco Support Liaison will be responsible for ensuring all Support Specialists follow proper procedures when resolving customer issues, work orders, emails, and escalations. He/she will be responsible for assisting and motivating team members. Each Liaison must be available at all times during their scheduled shift to provide direction to team members.

Support Specialist
The REMco Support Specialist will assist customers in the support of software products developed by REMco Software, Inc. He/She will receive telephone calls from customers having specific problems and recommend solutions. The ideal candidate for this position will have knowledge of the hotel industry and basic computer skills. Good phone etiquette and customer service skills a must. Various shifts are available.

Programmer
The REMco Programmer plans, develops, tests, and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years programming experience or a degree in Computer Science or a computer-related field.
